Workforce Development Plan
Ontario Small Hand would focus primarily on the itinerant, impoverished, long-term unemployed, low-income single parent, newcomers and other disadvantaged members of our communities. We will work with them to emphasize the value of their contribution to this project and also partner with other community-based organizations to effectively utilize their services, thereby deepening the engagement of participant.

Ontario Small Hand will assess, train, hire and monitor these individuals for this project. These individuals will receive disposable income that they can use to pay for rent, food, bills, and even entertainment. They will have the confidence and dignity to re-integrate and contribute to their society. With this disposable income, these disadvantaged members of our society will be able to participate dynamically in the economy by spending and investing in the economy.
